The mandatory open offer to the shareholders of Olectra Greentech (formerly Goldstone Infratech) from Meil Holdings along with Megha Engineering & Infrastructure begins on Wednesday (December 26). The ₹403-crore offer, which will close on January 8, 2019, will be conducted through the stock exchange mechanism. The acquirers will make an offer to acquire 2.3 crore shares, representing 26 per cent of the emerging share capital of Telangana-based Olectra, at ₹175.30 a share.
