Om Metals Infraprojects has informed the exchanges that it bagged an order worth ₹230 crore from Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, a wholly owned Gujarat Government undertaking. The company, in joint-venture with SPML Infra, has to execute design and model study, engineering, manufacture, supply along with transportation to site, storage, erection, testing and commissioning including all civil, mechanical and electrical works along with operation and maintenance for five years. Even though shares of Om Metals edged up 6 per cent at ₹26.45 on the NSE, SPML Infra slipped 2.8 per cent at ₹62.20.
