Om Metals Infraprojects has secured a contract worth about ₹30.41 crore from Assam. The company will undertake the design, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of spillway gates operated by electrically-operated Rope Drum Hoist, Hoist Bridge including associated civil works required for erection of the gates, at the Khandong Dam of the Kopili Hydro Electric Project (275 MW), Umrongso, Assam. Shares of Om Metals rose 2.5 per cent at ₹28.40 on the NSE.
