Constellation Capital Ltd, Kautilya Monetary Services Private Ltd and SA Finvest Ltd, promoters and members of the promoter group of Omaxe Ltd, have together decided to offload 8.79 per cent stake in the company through offer-for-sale.
The stock remained flat at Rs 143.5, a fall of 0.24 per cent over the previous day's close, even as the BSE Sensex tumbled over a per cent.
The promoters currently control 83.79 per cent stake in the company. These promoters will offload 75 lakh, 12.5 lakh and 65 lakh shares respectively.
The offer-for-sale, which will take place on a separate window of the stock exchange, will commence on September 27.
