Omkar Speciality Chemicals Limited

The National Law Tribunal has approved the scheme of arrangement between Omkar Speciality Chemicals and Lasa Laboratory, Urdhwa Chemicals, Rishichem Research, Desh Chemicals and Lasa Supergenerics. Accordingly, Lasa Laboratory, Urdhwa Chemicals, Rishichem Research, and Desh Chemicals will be merged with Omkar Speciality; along with the demerger of the veterinary API undertaking of the merged Omkar Speciality Chemicals into Lasa Supergenerics. Shares of Omkar Chemicals jumped 6.4 per cent at ₹175.5 on the NSE.
