Omnitech InfoSolutions has informed the exchanges that the company’s appeals against winding up were listed for hearing on July 17, 2015 before the division bench. However, due to long drawn hearings, the court discharged the board and hence, the matter did not come up for hearing. In view of this, the interim stay on winding up will continue, the company said in a notification to the exchanges. The Bombay High Court had passed winding up orders in five winding up petitions. However, following an appeal by the company, the court granted interim stay on the winding up orders. Shares of Omnitech crashed 10.25 per cent at ₹5.35 on the BSE.
