ONGC emerged the top gainer on the BSE on Thursday morning. At 11.10 am the share was trading at Rs 323.90, up 2.11 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 317.20.
Bharti Airtel dialled up gains of 1.74 per cent to trade at Rs 421.80. The share had closed the overnight session at Rs 414.60.
Tata Motors rode up 0.93 per cent at Rs 545.30 as against Rs 540.30 at close on Wednesday.
Hindalco Industries spiked up 0.70 per cent at Rs 136.50 as against Rs 135.55 at close yesterday.
GAIL (India) flared up 0.39 per cent at Rs 395.25 as against Rs 393.70 at close overnight.
