Shares of Capital Trust will remain in focus due to an open offer from Yogen Khosla. The open offer begins on Wednesday and ends on August 9. Khosla plans to acquire 46.99 lakh shares at ₹263 a share. The mandatory open offer was triggered after acquisition of 10 lakh shares (or 8.23 per cent) by Khosla in July 2015. Following conversion of the warrants allotted to him earlier, his stake in the firm rose to 38.26 per cent.
