The board of Oracle Financial Services Software on Friday approved to divest the foreign direct investments in the company’s stepdown subsidiaries - Mantas India Private Limited, and Oracle (OFSS) BPO Services. Following this, these stepdown subsidiaries will become direct subsidiaries of the company. Shares of Oracle Financial slipped 1.97 per cent at ₹3,387.30 on the BSE.
