Orchid Pharma said the resolution professional will hold a meeting on Friday to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Earlier, the pharma company had said that due to the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, from August 2017, the powers of the board were suspended and the management affairs are vested with the resolution professional.
