The board of Orient Paper & Industries will meet on Tuesday to decide on the rights issue price.
The company plans to raise ₹50 crore through the rights issue.
Analysts will keep an eye on the swap ratio, price, record date and other matters related to the rights issue. The stock currently hovers at around ₹82. Last month, the board of Orient Paper had approved the demerger of the consumer electric division into a separate entity, named Orient Electric.
