Oriental Hotels terminates agreement with Dodla International

Following board approval, Oriental Hotels has entered into an agreement with Dodla International (DIL) to terminate an MoU it had entered into earlier. The MoU pertains to the licensing arrangement of the hotel unit at Trivandrum. The termination will be effective from April 1, 2019. Consequent to this, the hotel operating agreement between the company and Indian Hotels Company also will end from April 1, 2019. Shares of Oriental Hotels gained 2.37 per cent at ₹41.05 on the BSE.
