Persistent Systems slumps on weak outlook

Shares of Persistent Systems today slumped as much as 9.2 per cent after giving a weak outlook.

The stocks were heading towards their biggest daily decline.

The company says June-quarter US dollar revenues will be marginally lower QoQ.

According to IDFC, there could be downside risk to margin estimates.

The investment bank has maintained “underperform’’ on Persistent Systems.
