The board of Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals on Wednesday approved a scheme of amalgamation for merger of Emergent Bio Naturals (transferor company) into Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals (transferee company). The transferor company is engaged in the business of trading of nutraceutical products and drug intermediaries & cosmetic chemicals, APIs, herbal and Ayurveda, among others. Shares of Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals were not traded on the BSE on Wednesday. It closed at ₹2.15 on Tuesday.
