Phoenix Mills acquires more land parcel

Island Star Mall Developers Pvt Ltd and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board have acquired an additional adjoining land parcel in Pune ad measuring approximately 1.8 acres for ₹21.25 crore. Island Star Mall Developers is a strategic investment platform of Phoenix Mills. On August 14, the company and the Canada pension board had acquired a land parcel in Pune for ₹161 crore to develop high-quality retail destination. Investors will closely monitor the development.
