Shares of Phoenix Mills are likely to attract attention due to the qualified institutional placement issue. Phoenix Mills has set the floor price of its QIP issue at ₹372.20 a share as against the current market price of ₹370.95. The company plans to raise up to ₹1,000 crore through the share sale. The company may offer a discount of up to 5 per cent of the floor price at the time of price determination of the issue, which opened on Thursday.
