The rights issue of Piramal Enterprises will open for subscription on Monday and ends on February 26. It plans to raise ₹2,000 crore through the rights issue. Shareholders have been offered one equity share on rights basis for every 23 shares held in the company at ₹2,380 a share. The company had fixed February 1, as the record date to identify eligible shareholders to participate in the rights issue. All eyes will be on the response to the issue.
