Pokarna Ltd has informed BSE that the company has completed the redemption process of $12 million worth Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.
These FCCBs aggregating $12 million were due for redemption on March 29, 2012.
With the company now redeeming the last tranche of outstanding FCCBs with face value of $2.4 million on December 19, 2014, the FCCBs issued by the company have been fully redeemed and they now cease to exist. Procedural formalities relating to marking down the said FCCB is in progress.
The company had in the past redeemed FCCBs worth $3.7 million on December 28, 2012, $3.7 million on May 15, 2013 and $2.07 million on May 20, 2013.
