Prabhat Telecoms (India) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Tiitan Holding Company, based in Hong Kong, for development, design and procurement of mobile phones, tablets, POS devices and other similar electronic devices, designing of PCBs, etc. and act as original equipment manufacturer for supply to government tenders in India.
In a release to the BSE, the company added that this business relation will help the company grow stronger and make its presence felt in the electronic goods tendering market which largely caters to Central, State and Semi-Government entities in India. Shares of BSE-listed Prabhat closed 1.41 per cent lower at ₹265.30 on the BSE.
