The board of Premier Explosives on Monday approved the opening of the qualified institutional placement and fixed the floor price of the issue at ₹414.97.
The company may offer a discount of 5 per cent on the floor price, Premier Explosives said in a notification to the stock exchanges.
The company had earlier received the approvals of its shareholders to raise up to ₹80 crore through the QIP. Shares of Premier Explosives closed 0.35 per cent lower at ₹428.80, on the BSE.
