Pricol to issue 45-lakh warrants to PHI Capital

Pricol Ltd’s board, on November 7, decided to issue 45,00,000 convertible share warrants on a preferential basis to PHI Capital Solutions LLP with each warrant convertible into one equity share of Re 1 each at a price not less than the price calculated in accordance with SEBI regulations subject to shareholders’ approval at the EGM on December 9.
