Apparel firm Provogue India today said one of its promoters, Mr Nikhil Chatturvedi, has pledged 24 lakh shares of the company.
In a filing to the BSE, the company said Mr Chatturvedi has pledged 24,00,000 shares on September 23, 2011.
With this transaction, Mr Chatturvedi has pledged his entire stake of 9.27 per cent in the firm, it added.
The company’s scrips closed at Rs 30.70 on the BSE, up 3.19 per cent from the previous close.
