Ahmedabad-based construction company PSP Projects, which is planning a ₹212-crore IPO, has raised about ₹95.25 crore from nine anchor investors.
The company has allotted 4.54 million shares at ₹210 a share (including share premium of ₹200 a share) to domestic investors and mutual funds, according to regulatory filing.
The anchor investors include Reliance Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Axis Mutual Fund and Sundaram Mutual Fund among others, and insurance companies such as Birla Sun Life Insurance, Tata AIA and an international investor.
The IPO opens on May 17 and closes on May 19.
