Shares of PTL Enterprises will remain in focus, as the company board is meeting on Monday to decide on demerger of its medicare and healthcare arms. According to its website, PTL Enterprises is the holding company of Artemis Health Sciences. Its Artemis Health Institute (Gurgaon) focuses on cardiovascular, oncology, orthopedics. PTL Enterprises, which became part of Apollo Tyres in 1995, will also consider Q3 results.
