The board of directors of Punj Lloyd will meet on September 3 (Wednesday) to consider private placement of non-convertible debentures, subordinated debt instruments and/or other securities, within the overall borrowing limits of the company. Shares of Punj Lloyd jumped 2.8 per cent at ₹37.85 on the BSE.
