What to watch. PVR: Fund-raising plans in focus

The board of PVR will meet on Friday to mull fund-raising plans. The company will consider an issue of (in one or more tranches) equity shares or securities convertible into equity shares or non-convertible debt instruments along with warrants, or any combination thereof, to such eligible persons as the board may determine. Shareholders will closely monitor the issue size, price and mode of fund-raising by PVR, which recently acquired Chennai-based SPI Cinemas.
