RBL Bank allots equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has informed the exchanges that it has allotted 25,81,234 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on July 17under the ESOP scheme of the bank. Following this allotment of shares, the paid-up share capital of the bank has increased to 379,305,032 equity shares of ₹10 each aggregating ₹3,793,050,320, from 376,723,798 equity shares of ₹10 each aggregating to ₹3,767,237,980.
