Rei Agro board adjourns meet

Rei Agro has informed the exchanges that a meeting of the board of directors scheduled to be held on February 28 has been adjourned sine die. The board meeting was to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2014 amongst other issues. The fresh date will be announced after consultation with directors for consideration of the financial results of the company, it informed the exchanges. The stock of Rei Agro crashed 4.8 per cent at ₹1 on the NSE.
