Reliance Capital Asset buys one lakh shares of Agro Tech Foods

Agro Tech Foods has informed the exchanges that Reliance Capital Asset Management has acquired one lakh shares of the company from the open market on April 29. After the acquisition, RCAP’s holding in the company rose to 5.2255 per cent from 4.8151 per cent. Shares of Agro Tech Foods slipped about 1.1 per cent at ₹457.4 on the NSE.
