Reliance Infrastructure InvIT Fund has filed a revised draft paper with the markets regulator for its IPO to raise ₹2,500 crore. Earlier, the company had proposed raising ₹3,000 crore. The Reliance Infrastructure-owned infrastructure investment fund has filed an updated draft offer document with SEBI, the BSE and the NSE. The issue will have a greenshoe option of retaining oversubscription up to 25 per cent of the issue size.
