The board of Remi Sales & Engineering on Monday decided to dispose of the windmill following expiry of the power purchase agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company and the PPA not being renewed by MSEDCL. The windmill has capacity of 750 kw. Shares of the company were last traded on September 12, 2013, at ₹14.70 on the BSE.
