Remsons Industries has informed the exchanges that production is being restarted from September 9. Earlier on August 30, the automobile component manufacturer had said operations at the company’s factory at Ringanwada, Dabhel, Daman, Gujarat, had been disrupted due to flooding of the factory premises caused by incessant rains in south Gujarat. The factories have been shut down from August 29. The damage could not be ascertained as of now, the company had said then, and added that the factory is adequately covered by insurance. The stock gained 0.9 per cent at ₹72.75 on the NSE.
