S Chand and Company on Tuesday informed the exchanges that it has entered into a tie-up with Cloudtail India Private Limited, an online retailer.
Cloudtail sells a variety of goods to customers in India through Amazon. Under this arrangement, Cloudtail will sell the company’s books on the online platform of Amazon. The stock of S Chand gained 2.8 per cent at ₹183.15 on the BSE.
