Sagar Cements: Board to meet for capex plans

The board of Sagar Cements will meet on Wednesday to consider a proposal for expanding the company's market reach by setting up of an integrated cement manufacturing plant and a grinding unit of appropriate capacities in suitable locations. Besides, the board will also consider a proposal for raising funds through one or more tranches for expansion and other purposes. Shareholders will closely monitor the quantum and the mode of fund raising.
