Scanpoint Geomatics: Rights issue opens

The rights issue of Scanpoint Geomatics will open for subscription on Thursday and close on March 8. The company plans to issue 1.818 crore shares at ₹16.50 a share on a rights basis to the eligible shareholders in the ratio of 148 shares for 219 shares. The record date to identify the eligible shareholders was January 19. The company will raise about ₹30 crore through the rights issue for repayment of certain identified unsecured loans and general corporate purposes.
