Nitesh Estates on Friday informed the exchanges that it has settled a dispute with respect to lease rights of land at Chennai. Under the settlement, the company will receive ₹15 crore. Shares of the company may see some buying interest, as it has been reporting losses. For FY17, it had reported a loss of ₹44.63 crore, while in the June, September and December quarters of FY18, the loss stood at ₹13.30 crore, ₹12.53 crore and ₹12.71 crore, respectively.
