The Board of SH Kelkar and Company will meet on Friday to consider a proposal for buyback of the company’s equity shares. The Board will also take on record the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 and recommendation of final dividend, if any. The fragrance and flavour business company came out with an IPO in 2015 at ₹180 a share. The stock is currently hovering around ₹315.
