Sharon Bio-Medicine has informed the exchanges that India Factoring And Finance Solutions Pvt Ltd, from whom it has taken an unsecured loan, had filed a case under Sections 433 and 434 of the Companies Act, 1956. Sharon has challenged the case in the Bombay High Court and asked the court to dismiss the petition. Shares of Sharon Bio-Medicine edged down 0.6 per cent at ₹16.05 on the BSE.
