Shivam Autotech: Bonus cut-off date

Shares of Shivam Autotech may remain in demand on Wednesday, as its shares will turn ex-bonus on Thursday. Those wishing to receive the bonus shares of the auto parts and equipment manufacturer will have to buy the share by Wednesday. Shivam is rewarding its shareholders with a 1:1 bonus issue. About 9,630 small shareholders hold 13.77 per cent stake in the company, while 16 HNIs own 6.75 per cent stake and DSP BlackRock MF holds 1.37 per cent.
