Shoppers Stop: Eyes on new CEO

Retail major Shoppers Stop has appointed Rajiv Suri as its Chief Executive Officer with effect from January 9, 2018. The company also announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer Sanjay Chakravarti with effect from the close of business hours on December 22. The board of directors also accepted the resignation of Sanjay Chakravarti as CFO. Shares of Shoppers Stop will remain in focus, as investors and analysts closely follow the development.
