Shree Rama Multi-Tech put off board meet to Aug 11

Shree Rama Multi-Tech has deferred the meeting of its board of directors to August 11. Earlier, the company had scheduled the meeting for July 31 to consider, among other items, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The meeting has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, it said in a notification to the exchanges. Shares of Shree Rama Multi-Tech gained 3.6 per cent at ₹5.70 on the NSE.
