Shree Rama Newsprint has informed the exchanges that the securities allotment committee of the board has allotted 137,700 zero-coupon, non-redeemable debentures of face value ₹1,000 to Central Bank of Inida. This works out to an aggregate amount of ₹13.77 crore. Shares of Shree Rama Newsprint closed at ₹26.10, down 1.3 per cent on the BSE while that of Central Bank of India jumped 3.8 per cent at ₹73.35 on the BSE.
