The board of Shreyas Shipping & Logistics on Monday approved a proposal for entering into a memorandum of understanding for the formation of a joint venture company with Suzue Corporation, Japan, for exploring business opportunities in the logistics space in India and Japan. This is not a related-party transaction, says the company’s notification to the exchanges. Shares of Shreyas Shipping edged down 1.26 per cent at ₹500.65 on the NSE.
