Siti Cable Network has informed the exchanges that further to a family arrangement between the promoter group, a communication has been received from Dr Subhash Chandra along with his three brothers — Jawahar Lal Goel, Laxmi Narain Goel and Ashok Kumar Goel, to declassify the three brothers along with their respective family members and persons acting in concert with them, as promoters of the company. The declassification will take effect on receipt of necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, it said. The stock gained 0.13 per cent at ₹38 on the NSE.
