Somany Ceramics Ltd has entered into a MoU with Vintage Tiles Pvt Ltd (VTPL) and its promoters to acquire 26 per cent stake in VTPL which is at an advanced stage of setting up a new plant to manufacture about 7,500 square metres of polished vitrified tiles per day at Morbi (Gujarat).
The stake shall allow the company to market/sell the entire quantity of polished vitrified tiles to be manufactured by Vintage Tiles.
