Span Diagnostics South Africa becomes Span Diagnostics arm

Span Diagnostics has purchased 540 equity shares of Span Diagnostics South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Following the acquisition of shares, Span Diagnostics South Africa (Pty) Ltd has become wholly-owned subsidiary of Indian company. Shares of Span Diagnostics closed at ₹56, up 5.07 per cent on the BSE.
