STCI Finance Ltd has picked up an additional 6.23 per cent stake in Provogue (India) Ltd. In a filing with the BSE, STCI said that it earlier had around 1.14 crore shares in the company, amounting to 9.96 per cent of the company. Now, with the acquisition of another 6.23 per cent (71.25 lakh shares) the company has 18.52 crore shares, totalling 16.19 per cent of the company.
