Pharma stock Sun Pharmaceutical Industries was the top gainer on the BSE on Wednesday morning. At 11.34 am the share was trading at Rs 875 against Rs 841.80 at close yesterday. This represented a gain of 3.94 per cent.
Infosys gained 2.96 per cent to trade at Rs 1,137.05 against Rs 1,104.35 at close yesterday.
Tata Steel spurted 2.71 per cent at Rs 253.6 against Rs 246.90 at close overnight.
TCS traded up 2.15 per cent at Rs 2,658.9 against Rs 2,603.05 at close yesterday.
Lupin perked up 1.82 per cent to quote at Rs 1,727.90 versus Rs 1,697 at close last evening.
