Sunshield Chemicals has informed the BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 18, decided to delist the equity shares of the company from Delhi Stock Exchange and Jaipur Exchange. In this regard, the Board authorised Surender Kumar Jain, Director, execute indemnity bond in favours of the two stock exchanges.
