Suyog Tele: Monday ex-date for bonus shares

Shares of fibre optic network solutions company Suyog Telematics will remain in focus, as Friday will be the cut-off date for prospective buyers to benefit from the bonus issue. The BSE-SME listed company is rewarding its shareholders with a 1:5 (one share for every five shares) bonus issue, for which it has fixed June 13 as record date. Promoters hold 49.63 per cent stake in the company while others own 50.37 per cent stake.
